Workouts overview *

To find your Workout Plan, you will have to go to the Workout section in the Diary tab. As you can see, your Workout Plan in the Omo application consists of two sections: Schedule and Other Activities. First, let me draw your attention to the Schedule section which contains workouts created by our experts. It includes: 

  • 7-minute “Short&Easy” workouts. This type of training consists of easy exercises which you are free to complete on a daily basis. You will also be able to use this short session as a warm-up or cooldown before your strength or cardio workouts. 

  • Strength or Cardio workouts. The strength training will help you increase your muscle mass and strength, while the cardio workouts will help you burn calories and improve your endurance.

Once the workouts are completed, they will be marked with a checkmark.

Other activities. In this section, you will be able to check the number of steps you’ve taken during the day, track other physical activity, and even customize your own workouts in the 'Smart Creator' tab, since the workouts from Schedule cannot be changed or adjusted. 

You will also be able to customize your training according to your specific needs using the Settings tab. In settings, you will be able to adjust your workout timing and fitness level, choose equipment, and change the audio settings.
