The app is asking me to pay again to log in. What should I do?

In order to access the account, there is no need to pay the extra charges, so all you have to do now is just log in. Please follow this step-by-step instruction (see below) and make sure to do exactly as directed:

Download the app on Google Play using this link.
Open the app and click on the 'Log in' button on the first screen of the app as shown below:

Enter your account details:

Email: your account email

password: the password you set

Then click the 'Log in' button to log in to your account as shown above.
