Can I use the app if I change the device/my OS?

We are pleased to inform you that that is possible. In order to use the Omo app on a new device, please follow these steps:

1. If your operating system is iOS, click here to download the app on the App Store

   If your operating system is Android, click here to download the app on Google Play

2. Open the app and click on the 'I already have an account’ button on the first screen of the app as shown below:

3. Enter your account details:

Email: your account email

password: the password you set

Then click the 'Log in' button to log into your account.

The app should let you in and show the 'Diary' screen.
