How to reset the password if I forgot it?

In order to reset the password, please follow the steps below: 

1. Open the app and click on the 'I already have an account' button on the first screen as shown below:

2. Tap on ‘Forgot your password’:

3. Type in the email that is registered for your account. Please make sure you type it correctly. Then click on the 'Reset Password' button:

Then you will have your new password sent to the email you entered.
