Meal plan feature *

The meal plan you see inside the app is created based on your parameters and goals. In essence, it is a simple menu intended to meet your body’s personal needs for general macro- and micronutrients. These menus are only suggestions and you’re free to adjust your diet according to your metabolic rate and individual health concerns.


Please note that we don’t have a meal plan tailored specifically for users with dietary restrictions. We would recommend you consult a healthcare expert if you have any doubts related to specific items in our meal plans.

It’s possible to change your meal plan inside the app as we offer several different diets. You can do that by following these instructions: open the app > go to ‘Meal Plan’ > open ‘Settings’ in the top right corner of the screen > tap on ‘Meal plans’ > you can see the description for each plan by simply tapping on it > choose the plan that suits you best.



Recipes from your meal plan correspond to your calorie budget, so you can make and have anything from the list and stay within your calorie budget.

You can also swap meals if you prefer: just tap on ‘Swap’ under the suggested meal and you’ll see alternative recipes — choose whichever one works best for you.


There is also another great feature that can help you easily discover new recipes - the recipe search.

To access the search feature, simply navigate to the ‘Meal Plans’ section and select ‘Recipes’.


Once there, you’ll find a search field where you can input specific criteria, such as ‘Gluten-free’. By doing so, the app will display all relevant recipes that match your search query.

This feature allows for seamless browsing and ensures that you can easily discover recipes suitable for your dietary requirements.


We’re working on making the daily menu more complete, varied, and tailored to the user’s needs, so please stay tuned!
